I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ibis Kortrijk Centrum. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the beautiful cobblestone streets, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was modern and impeccably clean with comfortable beds, which made for a delightful stay.

the twin room was quite small, but had good storage space 🌟. excellent location for shops , friendly staff, and a good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Noise from the street can be disruptive, especially late at night. earplugs provided were helpful but indicate a problem with noise insulation. unpleasant smells emanating from the drains were concerning during the stay.

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a broad selection including Belgian waffles and fresh orange juice. I did face some inconveniences. The room had a peculiar issue with a light that flickered randomly, which was distracting. the noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, which impacted my comfort. an enjoyable stay, but the hotel could improve on room maintenance and noise insulation.

Unfortunately, the noise insulation was lacking. I could hear sounds from adjoining rooms and the hallway clearly. The breakfast left something to be desired, lacking in variety and quality, with some items missing like the heating device for pancakes, and overall, it didn't deliver the value that I'd expect. A few maintenance issues were also notable, like threadbare towels and a showerhead that required manual handling to prevent a soggy bathroom floor. Lastly, the bathroom setup was cramped, which might be a dealbreaker for some.
